Having said that, I am fairly active and have some experience with yoga/calisthenics, and I learned quite a bit about proper technique and mindset. Highly recommend this course for beginners - will have to look at other courses they offer, for an intermediate level fix. I liked that your get a tool to personalize a daily mobility routine for yourself and a 1:1 follow-up coaching session with Coach David :-)”
